I really want to give this place 5 stars... consider this a 4.9 rating. I love the atmosphere... small joint, like a dive... but the food was ridiculous! Stupid good, like it should be a federal crime to serve food this good because all I want to do is eat everything there and grow to be as fat as humanly possible. Nice atmosphere, friendly and good selection of wide variety of Mexican Specialty Food and Mole Sauces. Met and got to sit next to Hayden Capuozzo (KAYZO) and Bryan Perez -- up and comer musical group. Thank you very much.
I've loved everything I've tried so far! I haven't tried MANY things because I love the things I've tried so much I always get them! Sometimes I get TWO entrées because I can't decide! Tacos Don Ramon are BY FAR my fave! Queso and salsa to die for, and sopapillas and fried ice cream are a must as well! Crave it ALL THE TIME!
My favorite Mexican restaurant!!! This time I had the Enchiladas Suiza but I had them do Mango mole. It was soooooo good!!! We always get the mushroom appetizer and it never disappoints. I also really loved the hot apple cider we drank while waiting to get in. It's always worth the wait. Always.
Very good food, comfortable atmosphere. Many variety of mole sauces with a sample plate when we arrived. Guacamole, con queso and nachos were very good. Carne Asada plate was great. Nice drink menu and they even had horchata. Never got to desserts. Recommend this restaurant. Thank you to my friend and colleague Rachel for the selection and the fun night!!!!
