I can never get enough of this place. Had the Mango Mole Chicken for the first time and loved it! I wish I could find the varieties and flavors of the Mole Sauces in Dallas!

I have been coming to Red Iguana regularly ever since I moved to SLC over 30 years ago. It never disappoints. My favorite is enchiladas suiza. The mole poblano is perfect. My only complaint is that in the 80's my husband and I could each get a dinner and a beer and our total bill was about $10. Times have changed!

Any food this good has to be a crime. It must have crack in it or something. Holy smokes their food is amazing. I have lived in Southern California, and El Paso, Texas. Traveled many parts of Mexico. Red Iguana is as good as I have ever had.
