Best Mexican food I have ever had starting with the salsa and ending with the mole verde! Sooooo gooood!!!

I'm up from Dallas Texas, where Mexican food is supposedly top dog, and having traveled extensively throughout the United States, the Red Iguana is by far the best Mexican I've ever tatsted! Now if you guys would only open one down in Dallas, then I wouldn't have to keep coming back to Salt Lake City four times a year to get my fix! Keep up the good work! Rico
