Just bought my first Hyundai suv. Shane was my salesman and he was great to work with.
I purchased my Santa Fe about 4 months ago and the experience was great and at that time they scheduled a service appointment which they followed up with numerous emails and I did respond that I would be there. I reschedule other appointments to be there at 9:00am. The service person came out to the car to get the mileage and tells me to come back after I put on another 800 miles. How poor is that? That is not the Hoagland Service I thought I would get. My time and gas is valuable to me, so wasting it for an appointment made... read more
Not happy! I had an appointment for my first oil change that was set months ago. I received 4 reminder emails. Then I was there for 2 hours and 35 minutes. People who came in after me received their service and left. My first oil change came with the purchase of my car. Just because it was free does not mean that my time is not as valuable as everyone else. I can guarantee you that I will NOT be going back. If you are trying to make a good impression and to have repeat buyers, you just blew it!
Worst customer service Hunter didn’t even try to get the deal done. He was to busy texting his daughter and Fb. He had no problem telling us what he was doing on his phone. Wasted 5 hours of my day off. Not efficient at all wasted time. Not one person apologized and thanked us for our patience while we sat there with the power out. Rudest I have ever seen
