A little disappointed about price of light and no free car wash
The service girl Amy was real nice. The service department needs to get it together. I had an appointment for an oil change and took almost 2 hours. They need an express line. One guy working on 2 and 3 cars don't make any sense. I doubt I would go back again....time to try Minute Lube. I don't have all day

They told my friend a price for his Jaguar, salesman wrote it on the back of a business card and then renigged on the deal after he went in to sell it today, they offered him 500. less. If you can't honor your word or back your employees, you don't get my business... waste of time, bad business= karma.
I cannot say enough good things about how I was treated yesterday at Red Hoagland. I had a flat tire on HWY 27 and a good samaritan filled up my tire and that gave me enough time to drive to Red Hoagland. It was just before they closed. Amy, the service advisor, checked the tire, there was a big hole in it where a screw was and was able to have a wonderful technician remove the ruined tire and put on a new one. Thank you to Amy and to all that made a bad experience turn into a good one.
I had my car service on 3/9/17 . The customer service at red hoagland is always a pleasure to experience. I was amazed on how quickly they serviced my vechicle. Brian and his team are awesome! Many thanks!
I called last week to make a regular oil change, guy on the phone making appointment said " we I don't have you in my system, have you been here before?", explained from Maine want to keep up with my scheduled oil changes, gave me an appointment for following week on Monday 8:45, arrived for scheduled appointment, no record of it, but they got us in, waited over three hours, not impressed, will probably take business elsewhere
