Recently purchased a 2012 f150 4x4 was told the truck was put threw a thural inspection before it was put on the sales floor purchased the truck and two days later tried out the 4wd which had a very bad clicking noise took the truck to service for diagnostics long story short my trucks been up there longer than ive had it at home and im still waiting on it to be fixed do not take there word on thural inspections on any used vehicle, there service department operates very poorly , i wouldn't recommend purchasing a vehicle fro... read more
RecommendedWe walked onto the lot and were immediately approached with a warm welcome. Our salesman Baylis really listened to what our budget was and what we were looking for, instead of pushing us towards the pricier options. The actual buying process was quick and efficient making it a pleasure to buy a car. Not something you can say every day! We love the Hoaglands and the red carpet service they provide!

When your service dept tells you you have a choice and you can go to another dealership for service and Hyundia of America won’t return your phone calls , you loose faith in the dealership and the product, so you make the move and get rid of the car and get something you had faith in all along ! Mike Hinton is absolutely amazing! He told me he had only been working with Hyndai as a salesman for 3 weeks and I couldn’t tell! Very knowledgeable, super professional, compassionate, and understanding. Definitely one of the main reasons I decided to purchase from Red Hoagland. The other reason would be the financing manager, Al. He was absolutely amazing as well. Super personable and very friendly. Overall the whole experience was perfect! Super happy with my new car!

Do NOT purchase an extended warranty. They claim it is for 10 years, but they don't specify that is from the day the car was made! So if you by used, buyer beware!
