Ok food but relaxed atmosphere and excellent service. Husband had general Tao chicken and u had sushi. Both were ok - nothing special though not bad either. Crab Rangoon were not good but steamed dumplings were really good. The service was excellent. We had a nice relaxing dinner but will be trying somewhere else next time.
What A Mix. A fantastic mix of traditional and modern chinese with sushi thrown in. Something for everybody and if you ask they will really spice things up for you.
Not for me. I was not please with anything. That was the second time around. The fried rice is terrible. Sorry

It is Crack Chinese. Seriously. You'll salivate at the thought of this place. Try the combination brown rice, it is the first fried rice I've ever had where I could actually taste all of the different spices used.
Best Chinese in Brevard County! The hot and sour soup was flavorful and spicy. Also the Golden Chicken and Prawns with Black Bean Sauce were both delicious! This place will be a regular stop when in Viera/Suntree area...
Always a great experience! Ask about their traditional chinese dishes (not on the menu) for a real treat.
Wonderful Food Wonderful People. I love Red Ginger. From the atmosphere to the friendly service, and great food. It is truly some of the best food I have had, and the sushi is excellent.
A very nice change from the typical Chinese restaurant. This place is not your typical Chinese restaurant. I'm not a fan of most Chinese places, because all of the food is swimming in sauces, and most dishes seem to taste the same as one another, if any real flavor is present at all. Red Ginger is definitely not that kind of place. We started with the caramelized macadamia shrimp, and the calamari.
