BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered at Red Ginger tonight - after a mediocre experience with their chinese, I thought I would try their sushi. Well, the sushi was GREAT, but I got home and had the WRONG order, and when I called they would do nothing to correct it. I am SUPER pissed and just because of the poor customer service about what happened I would not go back.

Best Chinese in Brevard. This isn't like the typical Chinese restaurants. I think they got rated in the top 100 Chinese restaurants in the US a couple years ago. Their food is fresh and very tasty. I especially like that they have some dishes that I've never heard of or have never seen at any of those cheap Chinese take-out joints. They have sushi as well as Chinese food. Nice atmosphere and good wait staff. I've been here many times and will continue to go.

I was a regular. We dine there often because we like the food. The service is also good but on this occasion I cut my lip on a broken wine glass. I notified the waiter and was only given an apology. I was even charged for the wine that I did not drink. I was very disappointed with their lack of concern and doubt I will return.

My absolute favorite chinese restaurant. I travel all over the country in commercial real estate and entertain quite often. i have never found a chinese restaurant with better steamed dumplings and amazing white prawns - those are my absolute favoirte dishes.. their peking duck is amazing as well. this is a must try, if you havent been there, i know this is the best hidden jewel in all of Melbourne, FL. Worst Delivery Ever. Waited 1 Hour and Ten Minutes and everything was cold, including the soup. Called to complain and they claimed there was no manager and did not seem to care.

Almost a 2-foot 'Red Snapper'!. The best Chinese food I have had since I have lived out here in Florida. It took 3- years to find some New York City style Cusine. My husband and I had the very best food and service from this reataurant for the First time here and they give you large portions.The shrimp are big and that's a plus for Melbourne and just forget about Palm Bay. Nothing to write home about.... The sushi was good, but the ginger lamb just tasted like oil- refined, vegetable oil reminiscent of turpentine. It was very oily. Had to load it up with soy sauce and spicy mustard just to get it down. I was starving and had to eat something. The reviews made it seem like this place might be fancy. I thought it was clean, but the ambiance wasn't there.

We went as a part of a large group. At first, the tables weren't set up quite right, but the wait staff and manager quickly accomodated us. The food was very good. The next day, however, I realized I had been overcharged. Upon stopping by to rectify the problem, I was greeted with the utmost courtesy . The manager Grace quickly pulled up the order from the computer log and we were able to identify the issue and happily refunded me the difference. We will definitely be back!
