Going Downhill Fast. My family has been ordering delivery from here a little over a year. It started out so darn good...much better food than the other Chinese delivery options where I live. Slowly but surely the food has gotten worse and worse. The last time the chicken was barely edible. I cannot believe how bad it's gotten. Not one to call and complain, but I'm taking my business elsewhere. Looking for a new Chinese delivery in Suntree.....
Great service. Very friendly and quick. I tried two beef dishes there which I was unhappy with but they happily replaced it with a delicious lo mein. Definitely a repeat customer. (:
Food OK,but twice now they charged added a tip to my credit card despite my leaving the tip at the table. Beware!
Red Ginger - BAD SHRIMP. We have been dining at Red Ginger for many years since it opened. We dined in one night and the food was really just OK. My husband said that there were better places to go to. I decided to place an order for a pick up and I just ordered a shrimp with lobster sauce and all the shrimp were bad. They were mushy and disgusting. I called Red Ginger and they said "Sorry" but really didn't offer any refund. That will be the last time we go there...
Each meal worse than the one before.. Take out from here for many years. Noticed over the last few months quality of the food consistently poor. Most recent meal included pork with garlic sauce. The pork was so chewy...it was like chewing a rubber band. Very disappointing. Have had similar issues the last few times we have ordered from there with one or more of our choices. And if you call to comment about the food....they are not very consumer friendly. They do not hesitate to raise their prices regularly also. Time to find... read more
Seriously overpriced horrid service horrid food. This restaurant is located in a strip mall .... For two entrees pepper steak and orange chicken two glasses of water and white rice 35.00 ...seriously...and food was sub pat ...Then with the added haute nasty attitude of the servers !!!!! Your restaurant is in a strip mall !!!!!! Never ever will be back !!!!
Overpriced. We were excited to try Red Ginger, coined as one of the "top 100 Chinese restaurants in the U.S." This review must be OLD. Red Ginger offers mediocre food at best and is twice the price of basic Chinese takeout. I was hoping at this price the food might be up to Brooklyn, N.Y. Chinese takeout quality but it wasn't any better than the local restaurants. Moo shu chicken was just alright, not greasy, but not very flavorful. While the food was decent, the crowd in the bar was more suited to the sports bar a few doors down and they were pressure washing the kitchen with a very very loud machine almost an hour before they closed. We left and went to get Thai at a restaurant that values their customers in restaurant experience
MMM Good. This restaurant is fantastic. Only one small problem..hate the taste of the tea they serve. It tastes bitter. Give me coffee anyday! Anyway the menu and the food are out of this world!
