Don , is the best. This is our 5th year with Red Fortress property management. He works with you, is great at communicating with you, and is very professional. He did his best to respond to our questions or concerns, even after the office was closed. Don is impressive and the best PM I've ever dealt with!!!!
Don Sapp is wonderful to work with! He get repairs done in a timely manner and arranged to have vinyl plank flooring installed in our unit. Highly recommend him as a property manager!
