I've lived in the Arwen Vista Apartments operated by JRK for 6 months now. They let me and my small child live in our apartment with no help while it flooded for a month with waste water from the apartments above us. Every time I told them it was flooding they either said clean it up or someone would contact me and never did. It took 3+ weeks to finally have a professional plumber out twice to get a solution. Worst property company I've ever had to deal with. They are a bunch of crooks. Just a bit of research and you can find other reviews/complaints about the same things. They even got caught trying to evict people during the pandemic when the federal government banned them from doing so. They do not care. They have properties all over the states and all of them have the same issues. This company is BEYOND CRUEL. I tried to contact T the company over an issue that the property manager was not helping me the tenant with. I sent them multiple emails and nothing. They do not care about the tenants health. The place is invested with insects and I bright the health department in.

Cabot Crossing - Lowell, MA. Maintenance is highly im competent. We had no heat for over 3 weeks & the office was not communicating. They finally put it on, now won't turn off, im told to open windows. The property manager said its not an emergency, there are other buildings that don't have heat at all. What a pathetic place. Its November in New England, you might want to prioritize things. Get people hired that have an idea how to fix things, not just sit around.

Carrington Park at Gulfe point in Houston Tx, I have complained to management about noisy neighbors upstairs for months now and nothing has been done, Kids staying up till 3 in the morning bouncing basketball, Dropping heavy weights on the floor and constantly running around it is just horrendous, they have respect for other neighbors and the management is just as bad. Also the corporate office customer relation person is asleep at the wheel, What a disaster. Stay away from this place.

The manager Gary at Citra at Windermere is a joke. Said we left apartment in disrepair and charged us $1500+ in damage. We left 6 days early even though we paid till the end of the month. Would not provide pictures of said damage even though we have cleaning bill and pictures showing we cleaned the apartment and no damage. Said their was pet stains on carpet when pets never allowed in our room. I contacted tenant relations they talked to me once and never bothered again. Do not ever rent from these people ever. EXTREMELY overpriced for this rundown apartment complex. When I moved in I had over two pages full of things that needed to be fixed and replaced and 6 months later, still waiting on getting them fixed. Everyone (except Brittany) that works in the front office is rude and unhelpful. Missy is very unprofessional and will never answer any phone calls or emails. When she 'happens' to email you back it is very short, unprofessional, and none of it addressing your inquiries. Our back patio is so unlevel the boards do not match up... read more

They show you a picture on the internet then when you see the apartment it's something different. After I said I didn't want it they refuse to respond giving me my $400 deposit back and it's been 3 weeks. The leasing manager is very unprofessional they should be ashamed taking people money!
