I was a potential resident for one of their properties but after how things have been playing out for the past month I am thinking of rescinding the application. There have been numerous inconsistencies with what is being communicated in person vs their documentation. Hello my name is ******* **** and l applied with this apartment on November 17,2022. I did not get approved for the apartment. Went online and applied and gave my security deposit of 200.00. I have been calling and they have been saying that address was not forwarded, l keep getting the runarounds. It is February and still haven't seen my refund

I applied for an apartment at River Bend Apartments September 15,2021 I had to put down a application fee & security deposit, they did not approve me for the apartment and I am still waiting for my security deposit. I keep getting either excuses or they will have someone call me back but they never do. I have resorted to calling every day after I check my mail and see that the check is not in there. Hopefully one day I will receive my check.

What everyone else is saying. Dumpsters always overflowing Front door to building doesn't lock Jacuzzi broken Bathrooms at gym broken No screens in My windows for 8 mos after asking multiple times Bags of dog **** outside the front door Snow filled parking lots 2 days post storm And they want to increase the rent by 250 after a year.

For the last 2 years that we have been renting at ARBOR OAKS, it has been nothing but a HEADACHE! Arbor OAKS is a overpriced DUMPSTER. They raised our rent $200,collects the rent on time , yet never provides solutions to issues in a timely manner. We pay close to $2700.00 a month. You have major roof issues in our apartment for the last few months. There was a major leak in the living room last year, took them months to get someone to come out and fix it. I couldn't even get moved in without them being shady on prices. I had to cancel the lease before even moving in. Here is my letter to them: Brandy, Due to the changes in lease prices I was quoted over the phone (told admin fee was refundable) and then emailed a quote for move in of $3,006 and now $3,356, I don't trust your staff. Due to lack of trust, I need to cancel the lease which had move in date of Jan 25, 2022. Please let me know if you have any questions. ***** ******

This company is nothing but headaches. I was unloading my car the day after Christmas between 530pm - 6pm. I had been away for a few days over the holiday so my car was jam packed. I was carrying in boxes to the door closest to my apartment as there were not any open spots around the entire perimeter of the building. I was in an area of the lot with hazards flashing. This is a known loading and unloading spot for residents. There isn't a sign or signs stating " no parking" "no loading". however in between runs back and forth... read more

FALSE ADVERTISING! UNHEALTHY and UNCOMFORTABLE living conditions! I've been living at The ********* at ********* apartment since September of 2021, paying sometimes close to $2,500 monthly and been having a terrible experience with my living conditions. It is increadibly difficult to keep up and understand the parking permits to ensure your car dosent get towed as a tenant! The soap bar in my shower fell off and its been over a month and despite my maintanence request still has yet to be fixed. This place treats its rentors like garbage and takes thier money at a grotesque rate.
