Hubby and I have been here over 6 months and are very happy with our apartment and the management. We appreciate all the extra effort by the staff to make this a safe,enjoyable place to live. The staff always is very professional and helpful with anything that is needed. There are many things to do if you want to join a group and holidays are never forgotten here.You need never to spend time alone and if you are looking to meet new friends the tenants are friendly. Look don't touch with more gossip than you can entertain – Hi, I am a tenant at Red Cliff Manor and I have no intention of leaving because, it is low income senior housing and the facilities are beautiful. Therd are 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, mostly 1 bedroom. They are small but adequate and boast a laundry room in every apartment as well as pay machines aacessable to all. More said – I am a resident of Red Cliff Manor and all that has been said before is true. The people here seem friendly at the on-set, but many of them are here because a relative has left them here. This is not assisted living, but there are people who treat you as if you should be at assisted living. It is true that if you are friends with management, you can break many rules and not have to be written up about it. Do you like dictatorship? This is the place for you! – Rules change every day. You have no peace to yourself. The next stop to the morgue. There are more people who complain than there are people happy here. You have nosy neighbors. Whether you are LDS or not, the RSP comes to check on you....with the help of the manager. If you want to eat in the gazebo, bring enough for a hundred people. It's not really set up for older people or disabled. Inspections every six months...sometimes every three months.
