This is an edit to a preview positive review, the car buying experience was EXCELLENT, but more importantly I’m editing to give some great feedback about how they take care of customers. I won’t get into specifics on the matter, but there was an issue with the truck that was absolutely not Joe’s fault, but he stood by it and has taken great care of me. I’m super grateful for their awesome customer service. I’d go back there in a heartbeat.

Awful customer service. Posted a vehicle on a Sunday and I was really interested but they informed they are are closed on Sunday and to come see Monday. So I drove 1.5 hours from Detroit arrived at 9:20 am for one guy to say he thinks it’s sold and for a lady to confirm she’s holding for somebody in town across the street. Why even post vehicles for customers if you’re selling directly to neighbors/friends. This is business/dealership, at least I thought. I needed to buy a newer used car in great condition. Red Cedar Auto Sales had the right car for me, especially with great gas mileage! Jamie sold me the vehicle, while Seneca helped prepare me to buy. Overall, the entire staff work well with customers and makes buying a car easy. Highly recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from here!
