RecommendedReal pros. Was comforted by professionalism, courtesy, and general organisation. Calls were answered quickly and returned equally so. 1st class service. One of the service writers I observed was VERY patient with a customers innane questions about her car and procedure! I could not have done that. She kept asking the same question in different ways expecting a different answer. Gisela was priceless in giving the same answer in different ways all the time being extremely courteous.
