I was looking through Google reviews, as most people enjoy this salon, I wanted to know why someone would give them 1 Star. Upon reading I noticed the owner was replying, which I typically love to see. However, the responses from the owner were highly condescending, desperate, and plain rude. Definitely don't want to go to a business that has excuses for everything.
