RecommendedMy stupid self made an appointment online for the wrong day on accident, but they were super accommodating and amazing when I came in on the day I thought I scheduled for! Always great service and great conversations with them, it’s unlike any other nail experience I’ve had at other salons. Love them! Definitely my go-to place ❤️

I liked going to this place because the owner Sydney boast about her great customer service however she has a habit of scheduling for the wrong days and on my last and final visit after having my friend drive 2 hours, away from her new born baby, to come get her nails done we were turned away because Sydney scheduled us on the wrong day yet again. I purchased a Groupon for acrylic nails, called salon to request to get gel nails instead as value is less, I was told no problem. I go to my appointment and add a service(gel pedicure) because I’m aware salons don’t make much money off their groupons so I was adding to my service to make it more worth their while. So when all done I was charged for both services minus the 22 I paid for the Groupon. I use to love this place! NOT ANYMORE!! They messed up on applying stones to my nails (that I paid extra for!) I called & they told me to come back to fix it and I came back & they tried to charge me to fix the nails they messed up!!! & than complained the whole time about having to fix my nails! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY WANT YOUR MONEY!
I walked in and was able to get an appointment in 15 minutes. Pedi and waxing, great service and clean place. And affordable too.
