The vacuums are weak. Cheap products! The manager is illegally adding additional charges to your card that is on file. I had gotten a membership online through Groupon for the platinum membership at the scrubbin bubbles location I never have issues unless the manager is there standing with his card scanner. When I go to the location the manager constantly tells me that “he cannot find my membership.” Once when I showed him that I brought my platinum membership through Groupon he then charges my card for additional uses. This place is the worst car wash with horrible management. Went through the wash with light dirt and came out with red splatter stains on my white car. I was upset asked for manager and he came out looked at it and said we'll let you go through again, other than that you can have our detailer clay bar it for 25% off. I told him that was unacceptable to charge someone when the wash did this and he began poking my chest and asked what I was going to do about it. Next step legal recourse.
