I just got home from getting my car washed and omg... HUGE SCRATCHES!!!! I just got this car a year ago and its my first time going here, I usually go to one in north haven but I wasn't in that area. I'm extremely pissed and not sure how this could even happen because I've been keeping this car in mint condition. I'm pissed.

The vacuums are weak. Cheap products! The manager is illegally adding additional charges to your card that is on file. I had gotten a membership online through Groupon for the platinum membership at the scrubbin bubbles location I never have issues unless the manager is there standing with his card scanner. When I go to the location the manager constantly tells me that “he cannot find my membership.” Once when I showed him that I brought my platinum membership through Groupon he then charges my card for additional uses.
