RecommendedLove this place. The tea is sweet, the BBQ is delicious and the staff are real nice and very thorough. I'll be going back there pretty much whenever I go to Shelby. Almost forgot to mention, the BBQ sauce is really tasty. Perfect amount of vinegar in there.
I think this is the best barbecue I've ever eaten! Thank goodness it's right here in Shelby NC.
Worst food ever! I wouldn't feed their food to my dog! Only smoke in their meat was my after dinner cigarette!

If you want REAL Carolina barbecue, this is the place to go. Great pulled pork with authentic barbecue slaw, delicious hush puppies, and sweet southern tea! This is a must for anyone wanting to experience good Carolina barbecue with vinegar based sauce. I make my stop here when I make it to NC and you should too.
Great Bar-b-que!!!... regular BBQ plate is a lot of food for little money. I always try to stop by when I'm in the area. They only made a certain quantity per day, so they close early when they sell out.
