I must travel over 20 miles to get there...bbq is great when available...about 50 percent of the time they are closed during business hours (Sign says out of bbq)...got there today at 3:10 supposed to close at 4...Closed.... I won't go back...

I am so sorry. Our meat cutter had a emergency and had to leave so we had our back up cut and he doesn’t get as much meat out of the shoulders. We did all we could do to stay open and we apologize. Please come back and we will take care of your meal.

It is by far the best BBQ in the Carolinas.....North or South
You better go early or late during mealtimes or expect to see lots of hungry people that leave full. Best hush puppies ever!
