Let me share my story - My husband and I wanted to look at a beautiful property listed with Shelley Duke. Open house for said property (listed at 850K) on a Saturday from 2-4. We called ahead of time to be sure the open house was still on. YES. We get there at 215 and begin looking inside the house first.
