There has been a huge amount of turnover since I moved into this apartment. At first I was willing to work with it, but the amount of miscommunication and how much simple tasks have to be redone because of lack of organization in the handover has been very frustrating. Additionally, the building has not been maintained to the level I would hope for the amount of rent I pay. Trash left in front of the building, in the garage, in the common spaces. More community engagement. Bathtubs in all apartments.
Overall, pretty pleased. Emails don’t get sent out though when packages arrive.
