There's a big disconnect between my opinion of the management/office staff (fantastic, even through the multiple transitions we've had over the past couple years) and my opinion of the people that live here. There's just a consistent lack of common courtesy... whether it be smoking on the balconies (visually seen multiple times) or the garage areas (haven't visually seen but have easily smelt), not returning the carts to the garage level when you're done with them, or not respecting the quiet hours. Clean more frequently and start fining people that disrespect the property. (E.g. not cleaning up after using community rooms, not cleaning up after animals, vomiting in the lobby etc.)
I really liked Katy the old leasing lady who I applied with. She was much more laid back and less pushy then our current building manager. When he came in he falsely notified me and two other people I know in the building that we hadn't paid certain rents or our security deposits from months ago and it wasn't the case. It was frustrating that he came in thinking he was fixing the system and he was too quick to send these notices out when they ended up being false. Otherwise he is nice and follows through with things.

Would like to see more communication regarding the use and reservation of common spaces.
I have lived here for almost 3 years, so I really like it. There was the unfortunate incident of vomit all over the front door and elevator which was very gross. It was cleaned up although the stench in the elevator lasted a good amount of time. It’s jusy embarrassing when I had people visit and pay a good amount of money to live here. Otherwise no complaints.
Online rent payment has been my only frustration. I wish there was a way to type in the amount of rent we want to pay monthly instead of a percentage, because it does not split accurately.
Better paint inside the apartments. The matte finish shows finger prints and water marks very easily so it is hard to keep clean. Additionally, take care when painting (in our unit there are some corners with peeling paint or paint globs that dried on the wall). But honestly, we love living here, so this is just a small suggestion!
Better package system so we can get packages when management is not in the office.
