I rate this company a 3 star because the product, packaging, shipping timelines are a 5 star but the customer service is less than a 1 star. I order a 70" wall hugging recliner set on a Sunday evening and received them on Tuesday morning. Perhaps they should have taken a couple more minutes in shipping to make sure the third package was correct. It was packaged to perfection and came in less than a week from when I ordered it. It went together very easy and is very comfortable. Exactly what we hoped it would be.

I purchased butyl tape .It was shipped fast and iam happy.
Received recliner in good shape. Chair looks and feels good. So far so good.
The items I ordered were great quality but I ordered the wrong parts. I contacted RecPro and spoke with a lady who sent me a return authorization label to send the items back for refund less shipping cost. I then proceeded to reorder the correct part numbers for the items I needed. I am awaiting my refund and the delivery of my replacement order. Thus far the company has been very helpful and responsive to my needs. Again let me say the error was mine not theirs.
The recliners came when promised. They were easily installed and look absolutely beautiful in our RV. Very happy customer.!!
