I rate this company a 3 star because the product, packaging, shipping timelines are a 5 star but the customer service is less than a 1 star. I order a 70" wall hugging recliner set on a Sunday evening and received them on Tuesday morning. Perhaps they should have taken a couple more minutes in shipping to make sure the third package was correct. It was packaged to perfection and came in less than a week from when I ordered it. It went together very easy and is very comfortable. Exactly what we hoped it would be.

Received recliner in good shape. Chair looks and feels good. So far so good.
The items I ordered were great quality but I ordered the wrong parts. I contacted RecPro and spoke with a lady who sent me a return authorization label to send the items back for refund less shipping cost. I then proceeded to reorder the correct part numbers for the items I needed. I am awaiting my refund and the delivery of my replacement order. Thus far the company has been very helpful and responsive to my needs. Again let me say the error was mine not theirs.
The recliners came when promised. They were easily installed and look absolutely beautiful in our RV. Very happy customer.!!
We ordered the universal fenders for our 5th wheel to replace one that was damaged by a blowout. W knew that it would not be a "exact" fit since the dimensions were slightly different. The delivery was quick, you can't beat Rec Pro for fast free shipping! Upon receipt, we were able to trim the part so that it fit very nicely, covering the old screw holes and caulk line.
