Perfect replacement blinds for my camper. They were shipped very quickly and packaged well!
I give five stars on the customer service and NOT the product. I ordered a porcelain toilet which arrived quickly but very damaged...pieces too many to count. This was the result of poor manufacturer packaging and commercial carrier mishandling. Upon contacting RecPro with a few pictures they immediately offered to replace or refund. Unfortunately an out of stock situation existed and rather an immediate refund was issued. I thank them for making the situation right without run around or delay.
Shipping took 5 days but I ordered before I actually needed the item, so no big deal. Item ordered was a step for my boat trailer to make launching & boarding the boat easier & safer as I often fish by myself. Could not be happier with the step. Better quality than I expected & fits like it’s custom made for my trailer. Was gonna rate it a 4 because four of the eight washers would not fit over the bolts supplied, but, what the heck, the quality, strength & price paid offsets that minor inconvenience. Exactly what I ordered. Came on time and in good condition.
Arrived sooner than I expected, so far everything works as it should. Will definitely order more items through them as our Rv needs them.
The recliners arrived in good shape but the boxes were barely held together. I also thought the product was made in the USA but there was China printed all over the boxes.
The Item we purchased on Feb 14 has not arrived and is needed for this coming Sunday! RV Sway Control System Towing Trailer Electric Brake by Tuson Order #****** Rec Pro sent this by Postal service and rather than it ship SOUTH East to FLORIDA, the Postal Service routed it NORTH West to South Dakota!!!! It left SOUTH Dakota on Feb 23rd which is 9 days after ordering and now does not show being received by any location between there and Ocala Florida! This is our first time ordering from RecPro and we were a little cautious and concerned. There was a delay in shipping (weather) and we were not sure how the items would arrive or even when.
