Timely delivery and east ordering process.
I bought a listed recpro water heater. When it came it wasnt what was in the photo. Its another company *******, *****based. I needed help with finding replacement parts from recpro and they wont answer me. They send me back an email asking if i want to buy the water heater again.

Great price and GREAT product
This microwave/convection replaced a Sharp unit that had been in our boat since 2001, but its digital display had ceased to function. We were excited, therefore, to find the oven offered by RecPro, which according to its description, was the same size as the Sharp. I was surprised to see “High Pointe” and not “RecPro” as the oven brand, but I may not have read the online description closely enough. Order had a problem on delivery but a few emails got a 2nd delivery and it's all cleared up. Thanks RecPro!
Product could be packaged better. Boxes pretty torn up. Chairs appear to be okay. Wanted *****driver to note package damage but he said they don’t do that. Have put recliners in trailer and they look good. One of the foot rest areas may not fit as tight as other chair.

Box came in highly damaged items where all scratched up and missing mounting hardware.
