This microwave/convection replaced a Sharp unit that had been in our boat since 2001, but its digital display had ceased to function. We were excited, therefore, to find the oven offered by RecPro, which according to its description, was the same size as the Sharp. Product could be packaged better. Boxes pretty torn up. Chairs appear to be okay. Wanted *****driver to note package damage but he said they don’t do that. Have put recliners in trailer and they look good. One of the foot rest areas may not fit as tight as other chair.

Box came in highly damaged items where all scratched up and missing mounting hardware.

The loveseat was exactly as described, and we are very happy with it. The ordering and delivery process was very smooth. Assembly took about 15 minutes. All in all, a very pleasant experience!

Excellent quality and packaging. One piece of the order was 8 days latter than the other 2 pieces of the order even though it was shipped at the same time. I believe the error was made by *****.
