Ordered a Charles model reclining sofa. We handled the purchase entirely online. I was able to track the shipment all the way, including a 1-day delay from the shipper. The boxes were slightly damaged in shipment, but the sofa components were all in perfect shape. The assembly was as easy as the videos showed. Both rocker/recliners were received sooner than expected. No Damage, happy with the quality. The comfort is better than the chairs that came with the RV.
