Ordered 2 RV windows months ago and have tried to inquire about their arrival several times until I was informed in was lost in transit and I would not be able to get any sort of refund for the product I purchased. It’s not the consumers responsibility to make sure their order gets safely shipped to them. It is the responsibility of the company that sells said product to consumers to ensure that it makes it to its destination.

Couch looks really nice and so more comfortable than the one that came with my camper. JUST hoping this one won't peal like the one that I had. The service and delivery was quick and easy.
