However, whole body cryotherapy using a cryotherapy chamber (or cryo chamber) provides a much more effective and comfortable treatment that takes only two to three minutes to perform. Was hesitant about stepping into a cold chamber simply because I do not like being cold. But the 3 minute experience was refreshing. The facility is clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Felt energerized a couple hours after the treatment and into the next day. Would highly recommend the treatment if you suffering from inflammation associated with back and neck pain.
