I love Cryotherapy! I am very active and do HIT workouts 5 days a week and the therapy reduces all muscle soreness and inflammation from my daily activities. RecoveryZone is also very clean and cozy :)
It was amazing how as soon as I stepped out my hand was relieved from inflammation. I highly recommend you try this. I wasn't sure at the beginning but the cold for three minutes was so worth it! Very clean and professional staff...
It works, plain and simple, it is fast, easy, fun and it works. The people who work there really care. If you have inflammation related issues (I have carpal tunnel) this is a must. My hands have 100% feeling after 7 treatments! I haven't had that in years!
Staff was wonderful and the cryo did wonders for my body. I️ would recommend to anyone!
