However, whole body cryotherapy using a cryotherapy chamber (or cryo chamber) provides a much more effective and comfortable treatment that takes only two to three minutes to perform. Treatments take just 2-3 minutes at -256° F

I tried the compression boots to help after leg day at the gym. It helped a lot with the soreness and mobility. Super nice staff and very informative! I will be back next week to try the Cryo chamber.
