I have been wanting to try this for over a year. It's so cool that Jacksonville is getting some of the latest technology! The process was simple....you sign in, change into a robe, put on socks, shoes and gloves and then enter the freezing chamber for three minutes. I felt totally invigorated afterwards! I've heard I'll sleep like a baby tonight...can't wait!
