Whole Body Cryotherapy is the evolution of cold therapy. More traditionally, ice baths were used to provide pain relief and to reduce inflammation. However, whole body cryotherapy using a cryotherapy chamber (or cryo chamber) provides a much more effective and comfortable treatment that takes only two to three minutes to perform. Treatments take just 2-3 minutes at -256° F

Nobody’s too good for a little recovery...
The Recovery Zone is the place to go when you are feeling worn down. I workout 5-6 times a week but I wouldn’t have called myself an athlete or thought I needed this care. I would have just taken some liver damaging ibuprofen. Now, I spend 30 minutes refreshing my muscles through compression or 3 minutes in cryo and leave feeling like I’ve had the best rest!
