Love this little Victoria clinic, have received excellent care from Wynona and Isaac.
Dr Dan is ffabulous. Always a smile and genuine appreciation for a visit. He listens to my words and my body and fixes things (ok, mostly body), without a set routine... things get (pleasantly) switched up. Highly recommended
I've been going to Recoup for acupuncture after a bicycle accident, and have been seeing Meghan for this. It's a great space and the service I've received has been amazing. Definitely recommend coming here if you need dsupport with your health and wellness!
I had my second appointment with Dr. Skinner today, and his gentle and informative approach while creating a safe space allowed me to leave in less pain and more confidence to move through the world. All practitioners are different but I really appreciate Dan’s method in healing, bodywork and movement. I’m so grateful to continue to be a patient at this incredible space! Well done Dan and Alix for providing a much needed health and wellness clinic for the community and beyond. Cannot recommend Recoup enough!
Dr. Skinner was awesome. Came in with lower back pain due to a lifetime of hunched over cycling and way too much sitting as part of my job. Daniel was kind, sympathetic and grasped what my activity /fitness goals were. He gave me some specific exercises and I already felt better after the session. Was able to ride my bike pain free this morning. Looking forward to this journey back to activity!!
