Cirico power washed the outside of our building which has a stone surface. He did an excellent job and was even able to get two very difficult rust stains out of the wall! He was quick to respond to another request we had to power wash another area also. He has his own water source which was very helpful because our business park did not have one. I would highly recommend him!
This is a very bad company to hire. The owner does not care about it's customers since he did not show up for 3 weeks to clean the parking lot he was hired to sweep. I noticed the parking lot has not been cleaned. We told the owner cirico but he said he was coming at night to clean the parking lot. However, after seeing he was lying and not providing the services, he still wanted to charge us for the services he was not delivering. He was terminated a weel after for that.
