I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I dislike a hot and stuffy waiting environments, but the temperature of their office was well regulated and comfortable. Was the waiting area spacious? No, it was rather cramped Did this provider rush your appointment? No Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
