Ream was the only auto body shop I called in Cedar Rapids that didn't grumble at the request to look at a water leak in my sliding door. Nobody wanted to deal with it since I hadn't been in an accident and because they said water leaks are a pain in the rear. Ream figured out what the problem was and even washed and cleaned/ vacuumed the interior of my van! They were great to work with and should I ever need repairs again I know who I will call!
I have had work done here and now work for Ream and I absolutely love the care and honesty extended to each of our customers. Nevermind we are a local shop, which I love but you are never a number with us you are a person and your concerns are ours as well. Check us out...you won't be disappointed!
Friendly staff. Great work. Can tell they take pride in their work as they should! A gift of a flower and walk around are nice added touches. I highly recommend!
I had a dent fixed in my Dodge Ram the estimate was very thorough and explained the procedures to me had my truck done in a timely manner very friendly and courteous and when I picked up my truck they gave me a rose above and beyond my expectations highly recommended
I would just like to say I called Ream today because my son's car was vandalized they understood exactly what was going on they cared for my needs and got my son's car in right away this afternoon to get the egg in the flour out of the interior of the car I could not be happier with the service that I received and how kind everybody was on the phone when I talk to them! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
Thanks, Dale and gang for everything. Car was done a day early and everything looks perfect. I will definitely use Ream again and now that I know they have quality VW specific service, it will be for more than just auto body.
Best body shop ever...Dennis and Mary will do whatever it takes to make the car repairs and customer satisfied...
