Just picked my car up. Everyone was super nice and helpful from the very beginning. I took it in to have a door dent repaired. I was kind of embarrassed to drop my car off in its condition, 3 kids and a very dirty car. Not only did they do a great job on the repairs but they detailed my car!!!! Vaccumed, shampooed, vents dash everything!!!! Would totally recommend them.

Great job! They went above and beyond by not only fixing our car perfectly, but also cleaning it inside and out and even leaving a rose inside. Old school customer service like this is rare these days.
Ream Auto Body is THE best! They went above and beyond, and took excellent care of me. Cleaned my vehicle, gave me a rose, and fixed my headlight even though it had nothing to do with the repair of my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to my friends, family, and strangers! Dale is the man. He hustles, is a hard worker, and is a straight shooter. My ranger got hit, it was fixed and looks like new. Took it back into the shop because my AC/Fan was stuck on defrost. Dale tracked down the problem the next day right then and there. Admitted they made a mistake and shook my hand with a smile on his face. The receptionists are a treat to work with as well. Great experience.
Best customer service I’ve ever experienced! The necessary parts were already preordered and ready to go before I dropped my car off for the scheduled service date. What was estimated by my insurance company to be a three day repair took less than 24 hours. I will recommend Ream Auto Body to everyone in need of a repair!
