I had a few of their agents reach out to me on my for sale by owner and they said they could get TOP dollar for my house. I trusted them to get my house SOLD they said they would bring a buyer and it shouldn’t take long to get an offer. They NEVER brought one single buyer to even show the house. James Faulkner & Realty South have failed to meet minimum livable standards. As a landlord myself, i simply expect everything in good working order, clean, and that Federal FHA & ADA rules be complied with. This is an epic fail. I have been ignored for days. Was not met on move in. Major leaks I reported on move in have not been dealt with. Sockets don’t work. Light bulbs are missing. Ice maker doesn’t work. Trash was left on premises.
