I met Jim almost 15 years ago when I started as a police officer. Jim and his wife quickly became one of my closest friends back then and still remain that way to this day. He trained me at work and later became one of my supervisors for a short time period until he left the department to take on other ventures. Anything he puts his mind to, he gives it 100%, and that is one of the reasons I think he and his family have the success that they do!
