Earlier this year we became home sellers for the first time. Neither of us personally knew an Agent so we sought out recommendations. Jim was referred to us by a co-worker. He was the last of three very qualified Agents that we invited to our house for a walk-thru/interview and he made it an easy choice. Jim was very well versed on selling a home. Any questions I had, he walked me through step by step. Selling a home can be overwhelming, but Jim make it a cake walk. The most impressive thing with Jim is his response to questions. He was an advocate of text message and/or email, both of which went directly to my cell phone. This was the first time working with Jim and I will recommend him to everyone I know. He did an excellent job presenting options, meeting with us (sometimes with very little notice), negotiating and closing the deal. We were very impressed with his overall professionalism and vast knowledge of the real estate he was showing us. Will definitely use him again when the need arises.
After 6 months on the market with another agent we were beyond frustrated and no private showings to boot with the other company. After meeting Jim we had a renewed sense of hope that our house would be sold and it just needed a little different marketing. He offered some great advice on staging and had some terrific marketing ideas that were very proactive.
