Jim was referred to us by a friend at work. He came out, set us up with pictures and flooded the web with listings. Jim was persistint in finding potential buyers and helped us sell our house so we could move down south. I should also add that my inlaws hired Jim and he sold their house in 18 hours. Yea, 18 hours. My most recent call to Jim was for advice on a home I was thinking about purchasing as a rental in Arizona. I supervised Jim for about ten years on the Glendale Police Department. I know this guy and I trust him. He was so successful in his own real estate ventures that he quit the P.D. Why wouldn't you seek advice from a guy who is making money in real estate.
