This property manager engaged in fraudulent activity by withholding late fees and other charges collected from tenants, which were intended for the property owner, without proper disclosure or authorization. Additionally, the manager failed to maintain accurate and independent bookkeeping, resulting in a significant reduction of the owner's rental income. This unethical conduct violates fiduciary duties and has led to severe financial discrepancies.
I had a lot of problems with Kari, not only with the issues needing to be fixed and had to continuously contact her on but also she’s very passive aggressive and not professional. Also after ending the rental contract 6 years ago, 2 months ago I had an over $3000 bill pop up on my credit report. I have contacted the owner of the place and I’m disputing the charges with the credit companies.
