Selling a home for the first time on my own and living out of state was overwhelming until Jordan came on board. Throughout the process he showed endless patience and professionalism. He stayed in constant communication even while traveling overseas. My sale came with some unusual circumstances and he handled everything with confidence and care. I am not much of a person for reviews. But I felt the need to show my appreciation to Jordon Uselton and everyone from Realty One Group Music City. I've bought and sold property 6 times in my 65 years. And in all honesty, the experience with Jordon and his team was by far the best of the six hands down. I had a multi family residence with myself and my 90 year old parents which to some companies and agents would have been daunting to say the least. We had a great time working with Jordan! He made the home buying experience go smoothly, and it was a lot of fun. Jordan responded to our messages and questions very quickly and booked any visits we wanted in a timely manner. He did a great job helping us put in an offer, and helped us through closing. I rate my experience with Jordan as a 10/10 . He is very knowledgeable and experienced and has a high standard of excellence. He is a great communicator and was very responsive to my texts and phone calls.
