Jonathan knew when to get all of the paperwork done and back to me in a timely manner through the entire process. He knew what i was looking for and was able to answer every question that I had. Even when he had to ask the seller for information, it was relayed to me within a few hours. I will recommend him to any future friends that are looking to buy a new home. Thanks for everything man, I am really going to enjoy my new place.

I was referred to Adrian Brill. Initial contact was by phone. At our face-to-face meeting, I found the Brill team to be very knowledgeable about my condo and the local market. They had done research and knew the appropriate comps to apply, had a plan formulated for marketing my condo and were prepared to list the condo. If you are thinking of buying or selling a home you can not go wrong with The Brill Team. When we decided to sell we called Adrian and he was right on top of it all and stayed there until it was sold including some help I doubt other brokers would even consider doing. There were some issues with the home and Adrian found the way to get it all worked out so everyone ended up happy. He will definitely go the extra mile so I can Highly recommend that you call them first and see for yourself.
