Where do I begin? My only regret is not hiring Zach and The Brill Team sooner. My wife and I had initially listed our house with another agent (whom we had worked with years prior when buying our house) which turned out to be a complete nightmare. I had a great experience working with The Brill Team, specifically Zach. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to explain every step of the process. Which was so helpful being a first time home buyer. Also super accommodating and responsive in regards to setting up times and dates that worked for me and my crazy schedule. Zac and I were on quite a journey. We looked at several old farmhouses with outbuildings and finally found one we were interested in. Zachery did a great job with our house. We came out state and he made sure all appointments were set and it was at our disposal knowing we had limited time to find a house. He was on top of every stage of the transaction, his negotiation skills were excellent as he advised us in the offer and how to move forward. I recommend Zach and Adrian team they both work together very well, you wont regrated.
