Adrian and Jonathan Brill were great to work with! I would recommend them to anyone. They went above and beyond to help us sell our condo and buy our forever home. BTW our condo sold on DAY 1!!! Jonathan & Adrian were fantastic to work with! I worked with mainly Jonathan and he really went above and beyond to help me find my very first house! From the initial meeting they made the process very easy. Both are very professional and personable. It was about 2 weeks from signing with them to an accepted offer. The staging and pictures of the property were far better than comparable properties. We had showing requests within minutes of going live. Their communication throughout the process was exceptional. We would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!
Jon and Adrian are hands down best in the business. Their willingness to pick up the phone 24/7 is awesome. Jon and Adrian make sure to take the time to walk you through the steps of buying and selling your home in great detail. You would be a fool not to use them as your agents. I received a record offer on my home in less than 24 hours. I would highly recommend! 5 out of 5 stars!
Both Adrian & Jonathan went out of there way to make this an easy and pleasant experience. Made everything go smoothly, great communication. Kept an eye on our house between the time we moved out and when we closed, even cleaned up the driveway from the snow for us ! Would highly recommend and will use them again when we buy or sell our next home.
