Working with Marcy was an awesome experience. My husband and I were not only first time home buyers but had to find a wheelchair accessible property. Marcy was very helpful from the start and very accommodating to our hectic schedule. She ensured we understood all the steps in the process and was a life saver when we had some personal issues come up at closing.

An outstanding experience with Realtor Brad Fulks. I really didn't know what I wanted for my next move, but Brad helped me get my home ready for market, fantastic, professional photo's in my listing and was sold in 3 weeks for my asking price. Then, I was probably driving Brad crazy, asking to see everything from downtown bungalows, condos by the lake and historic homes in Georgetown. When we found the right home, he negotiated with the seller to get the price I needed. Overall, couldn't have gone better.

We have purchased 5 homes and sold 4 across 3 states, so we've worked with a variety of real estate agents. Working with Angie on our most recent purchase was our best experience to date. In addition to the strong skill set and area knowledge, she is a genuinely warm person, naturally upbeat and positive; combinations we had seldom encountered elsewhere.

I got to know Cherry in Jan when I first moved to Austin. She firstly helped my husband find a house to rent, then helped us buy a house. She is an enthusiastic, friendly and diligent person. We were very glad to have her as our realtor. Whenever we had any questions, she would try her best to find answers for us. During the process of buying a house, she demonstrated her excellency in negotiating, providing information and her flexibility.

Damon helped us find a house over a weekend after some good up front intelligence. He helped us buy a house that had an offer on it and had only been on the market for a week. He then guided us through a lengthy process of dealing with a home relocation company rather the a normal seller. He fought hard for repairs and allowances and was there every step of the way. During the walk through he made sure all repairs were done. Finally, Damon was always available during the buying process.

Anna is an excellent realtor. She was prompt in finding information about the homes we were interested in and helped find additional information to aid in negotiations. While I seemed to let my emotions run wild at times, Anna always stayed calm, professional and available. And the same with the sellers realtor's. I trusted her to be on our side, to make sure we were getting a fair deal and she questioned us if we tried to settle out of desperation, as it can feel like a long process.
