Angie found us exactly what we were looking for quickly but really did the research to help us make sure. She has the experience, connections and resources available to respond rapidly as needed in order to keep things moving (in this case septic tank was a particular challenge). Angie is smart, easy to work with one one hell of a nice person. She'd be the first we'd call if thinking of buying or selling again.

If i could give 6 stars i would. damon is responsive, professional and highly educated when buying/selling your home. highly recommended A ++. He guided us in a honest way to buy our perfect home. He always shoots it straight and gets the job done.

I was in a really tight bind when I had to sell my house. I had a very short time frame, specific requirements, and I honestly thought I was going to be out a lot of cash due to selling the house. I buy my first house with Chen's help. I was very satisfied with her professional service. She's really knowledgeable about real estate and very patient which is very important for first-time homebuyers. She talked to me a lot to understand my needs and tried really hard to help me locate my ideal house which saved me a lot time. I highly recommond her as a buying agent!

We would highly recommend Audra Burtch to anyone and everyone. We were new to Austin and called her on the spur of the moment. She met with us that day and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She also was quick to respond to questions and followed through on every detail of the transaction until completion.
