Courtney was very knowledgeable and thorough and listened to our needs. When my wife and I had different thoughts, he did a great job of bringing us together. He invested his time and showed us a number of areas despite knowing we ultimately wouldn't choose so we could get a feel for the entire area and feel comfortable with our decision. He also gave us good feedback on the future resale which was an important component for us.

Joanna Jennings was my realtor both when I relocated to Austin to find a temporary apartment (sight unseen), and when I recently purchased my first home. Although both the sellers and the sellers' agent were horrible to deal with, Joanna did what she promised, and got me my dream home for the right price. I can't give Joanna enough praise, if there was a 6 star rating option she would get it.

Joanna is the Best! That is just a fact. Honestly we have worked with many agents and she is the only one I would ever use again. After working with Joanna its hard to even be around other Realtors. From getting the financing done to changing light bulbs so the home looks great she gets it done. Her array of knowledge is what gets deals done. I purchased a home in 2011 through Holly Herring at Reilly Realtors. Being new to Austin, I didn't know my way around much less the area. Working with Reilly Realtors was a real pleasure. Holly was our Realtor and she did an outstanding job. She was always coming up with new houses for us to go look at. We looked at so many houses (bless her heart) since this was my now wife's first home buying experience. I wanted to make sure she got the one she really wanted. I was very impressed with Courtney Phelps from Reilly. He's very personable, engaging, and thorough. Each time we met, he was prepared to walk me through the properties on the agenda. Courtney Phelps was my realtor. He has a lot of energy and is a very hard worker. If I had another house I needed to buy, I would call on Courtney because he is a go getter, who would do the legwork to help me find what I was looking for. Plus, FWIW, he seems pretty down to earth.
